June 28 - gastronomic evening “Around the World at the Opera Casino”.
Italian gala dinner from chef Marco Iachetta at the Louis XIII restaurant. A bright and extraordinary figure in the gastronomic world of Moscow, winner of the Government Prize Italy as the most talented chef under 35 years of age (2011) and winner of the Mediterranean competition Prize Awara for the promotion of Italian culinary culture (2009).
Marco worked in a pizzeria from the age of 14, then graduated from the A. Panzini Institute of Art and Culinary Arts. In parallel with his studies, he interned in famous European restaurants, worked as a sous chef at the BelleEpoque restaurant (2 Michelin stars) in Bolzano, worked in Spain, Austria and America, and in 2003 was invited to manage a restaurant in Moscow.
